HerdApp is FREE to download and FREE to use for a month. The Breeding & AI Function is also free. Otherwise HerdApp's price structure is as follows: 

Herds with <50 animals - €50 per year 
Herds with 50-150 animals - €100 pear year 
Herds with 150+ animals - €150 per year
